★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bastante normal el hotel, cumple con su función de hospedaje los cuartos son pequeños y aunque en los baños marque que hay agua caliente no siempre está disponible, la atención al cliente es bastante mala.
The hotel is quite normal, it fulfills its function of lodging the rooms are small and although in the bathrooms it indicates that there is hot water it is not always available, the customer service is quite bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este lugar tiene mucho a mejorar, el recepcionista que me atendió al hacer el check-in, parecía que no me quería recibir y me pidió reservar por una página web,pese a tener una par de habitaciones reservadas. La habitación "doble" en la que me hospede solo tenía una cama individual y una matrimonial siendo que especifican ser para 4 personas, está habitación con un olor a humedad notable, no contaba con clóset y no tenía toallas en el baño.
Solo le pongo dos estrellas porque el hotel está relativamente cerca del centro de Chiautempan.
This place has a lot to improve, the receptionist who attended me at check-in, seemed that he did not want to receive me and asked me to book through a website, despite having a couple of rooms reserved. The "double" room in which I stayed only had a single bed and a double bed being specified to be for 4 people, this room with a noticeable musty smell, did not have a closet and did not have towels in the bathroom.
I only give it two stars because the hotel is relatively close to the center of Chiautempan.
