M	Michael Pope on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super clean rooms, great water pressure, and trustworthy staff! I forgot my laptop at the hotel, and didn’t realize it until 12 hours after I’d left. I called, and they were holding it for me, and I picked it up the next . They are pet friendly, I stayed here with 2 dogs. Would stay again!

D	David Prendergast on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great staff, good room just not very soundproof. Other guests were loud until 2 am. Might be good to stagger rooms or fill from opposite ends. Some drain odor from the shower drain, goes away after a shower but comes back overnight.One of those 4" diameter flat plastic caps would take care of it I suspect.

J	Johanne Sivertsen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only good things to say about this place! Our room was clean and nice, and the bed was huge and comfortable. Staff was always friendly and spoke great English. But the best of all was that they let us use the terrace with hammocks to hang out in while waiting for our night bus on checkout day. After a 12 hour tour of Calakmul this was exactly what we needed and we are so grateful. They also kept our bags safe the whole day while we were away on the tour!
