J	Joanna Marthuer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me encantó el hotel, es muy vanguardistas, está enorme, sus instalaciones son muy lindas, sus habitaciones son muy amplias, cuenta con restaurante, con alberca, con área de juegos para niños, con un área de ventas de trajes de baño e inflables, tiene varias mesitas y sillones en todos los pasillos y en los diferentes pisos, cuenta con elevador, tiene un amplio estacionamiento, sus habitaciones muy limpias y lo mejor a un excelente precio, lo único que no me agrado es que cuenta con 3 albercas, pero el agua es sumamente fría y no puedes nadar, así que considero q es un desperdicio, xq la verdad está hermosa el área de piscina, cuenta con regaderas, baños y camastros. Recomiendo completamente el hotel I loved the hotel, it is very avant-garde, it is huge, its facilities are very nice, its rooms are very spacious, it has a restaurant, a swimming pool, a playground for children, a sales area for swimsuits and inflatables, It has several tables and armchairs in all the corridors and on the different floors, it has an elevator, it has ample parking, its rooms are very clean and the best thing at an excellent price, the only thing that I do not like is that it has 3 swimming pools, but the water is extremely cold and you can't swim, so I think it's a waste, because the pool area is really beautiful, it has showers, bathrooms and lounge chairs. I fully recommend the hotel

Comida y desayuno muy rico y bastante café caliente. La comida del menú deliciosa!!! Gracias!!! Excellent attention given to us from the reservation process. The beds are very comfortable and the water in the pool is warm. Food and breakfast very rich and plenty of hot coffee. Delicious food on the menu! Thanks!!!

Pero si pongo 3 estrellas porque no cuenta con aire acondicionado y en tiempo de calor no se soporta solo con el ventilador. Ubicación sobre carretera, sin embargo no me agrada que esté a lado de gasolinería. Comfortable rooms talking about furniture and finishes. But if I put 3 stars because it does not have air conditioning and in hot weather it cannot be supported only with the fan. Location on the highway, however I do not like that it is next to a gas station.
N	Nayeli Mendoza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buen hotel, en recepción muy atentos y accesibles, en limpieza un día no nos dejaron toallas pero las pedimos y sin problema nos las dieron, está muy cerca de una bodega Aurrera y de una gasolinera, un Oxxo, y cerca del centro. Cuenta con un estacionamiento grande y seguro. No hay muchos canales de televisión por si piensan llevar niños, pero no es un limitante pues cuenta con buen internet wi-fi y con un celular se soluciona el problema de los niños. Muy recomendable! Very good hotel, very attentive and accessible at reception, cleaning one day they did not leave us towels but we asked for them and they gave them to us without any problem, it is very close to an Aurrera winery and a gas station, an Oxxo, and close to the center. It has a large and secure parking lot. There are not many television channels in case you plan to bring children, but it is not a limitation because it has good Wi-Fi internet and a cell phone solves the problem of children. Highly recommended!
