Good caves and cenotes...

This place is sort of like a wanna be resort. It has a cold pool in the bottom of what appears to be a filled in cenote. There is an expensive restaurant on site with only a couple of food choices. There is no wifi in the rooms or grounds, only in the entrance office. Compounding this problem is the fact of very poor cell reception. It is also a fair distance from town.

Stopped at whim because it was getting dusk. Had no idea what lay behind the modest but clean look at Road frontage. Frankly, quite thrilled to find such a lovely place for the price. Can easily relax here for a few days. Very clean and the front desk would do anything for you. Coffee in the lobby and the surroundings were just a delightful experience. Yes, the Wifi signal is dull away from the lobby. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Stayed over night on return trip from Merida to Tulum. Had nice amenities and very friendly staff. A very peaceful respite. Price was very reasonable. Caves and a pool in a cenote. Hiking trails, tennis court and basketball hoop. Plan to return.

Polite and friendly stuff, great nature, but weak communication on the arrival. No one answer phone calls. The booking price was ok, but once you enter the hotel the costs start to increase, Room cleaning additional costs Water additional costs No coffee or tea maker Dirty pool Heavy humid smell, spider networks under the beds. No hot water. They said you have to wait 5 min I waited 15 no joy Humidity In the rooms caused musty smell and mol on the walls which causes health issues> Humidifier may help Pet friendly but they asked additional money for the pet which was not mentioned on booking.com I asked if there is restaurant near by They said the closest one is 10 min driving, we will bring you some food I am vegan I did not eat it still charged for the food. After the second day we moved to the center Valladolid a great place.

We accidentally found this jewel spot, with nice Cenote (with pool) with Cave where you can have relaxed stay and having good balance of sun and shade. Very helpful stuff and playful dogs outside :) Highly recommend!

Incredible, unique place with private cenote, cabe, swimming pool, private bar area, tennis and basketballs courts, 3 amazing Husky dogs, super friendly and helpful staff, no problem getting to and from town and other cenotes, and gas station/shop right next door for anything you need including cold cervezas. Rooms a bit simple and toilet was weird, close to noisy main road that can wake you in the night/mornings if you're sober and don't have earplugs. Hard beds where you lay directly on the metal springs. Highly recommend if you don't need a luxury stay. No other place like it
