Después de no cumplir, los quise contactar y al responder a mi llamada tuvieron el descaro de decirme que la gente tan interesada e insistente siempre les queda mal. Al final le regresaron solo 8 mil pesos a mi mamá porque fue tanta la desesperación de mi mamá que prefiero perder dos mil pesos, se jinetean el dinero. De verdad sería ético que Fernando le devolviera íntegro el dinero a mi mamá hoy mismo y le pagarán los dos mil pesos. Pésima agencia. Paguen lo que deben si no se hizo la venta. Devuélvanle los dos mil pesos a mi mamá!! Edición: Después de la revisión que les dejé, el área de atención de House Master se puso en contacto conmigo inmediatamente y gestionaron el pago de los dos mil pesos que le debían a mi mamá. Me comentaron que ellos no estaban al tanto de la situación por la que pasábamos y parece que fue una cuestión más del vendedor. Se disculparon y pagaron lo que se nos debía de manera casi inmediata.
