★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So my sis and I just arrived to Cancun and she wanted charcoal fot her hookah. We went to Aziz to buy a box of charcoal. He had only half a box. He ripped her off 500 pesos for that. He swore that it's the cost. We walked out of the shop down the streets and we knew it was the biggest rip off we've ever experienced. We went to the nearby market and found the full pack of charcoal for 200 pesos. We decided to return the half box of charcoal to Aziz. He was so rude and called his partner to come resolve the issue. They both refused to refund and said "we are not in the states - we dont do refunds in Mexico". These two are swindlers. Aziz mastered deception. When we bought the charcoal, he showed us tri ks on faking money in Mexico. Be careful customers!
