Their ATM tries to take more money from you by making it seem like you have to use their exchange rates... You don't.
Also when sending money to a friend the machine ate my money and did nothing. When I went inside for help they made me wait for over an hour to tell me there was nothing they could do for me.
Stay far away from this bank.
