★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desafortunadamente ha sido de las peores experiencias en cuanto a instituciones bancarias se refiere. En mi caso fui a cobrar una incapacidad y me comentaron que solo se podían hacer depósitos pero ningún tipo de retiro. Es increíble que te digan eso. Me comentaron que en una hora aproximadamente podía ser que ya tuvieran sistema.
A diferencia de otros bancos como Bancomer, Banamex y Santander... HSBC no tiene personal que te atienda u oriente en la entrada y tienes alguna discapacidad o alguna duda, te tienes que firmar y esperar varios minutos (en mi experiencia por lo menos 30 minutos) y ha decir verdad eso es mucho tiempo de acuerdo al número de cliente que hay en la fila, y he leído que es uno de los bancos que sus tasas de interés son de las más caras en el mercado. Algo que han dejado de lado es la atención al cliente, los cajeros no son groseros pero no son nada amables, no tienen muy buen trato con los clientes. Esta sucursal tiene una área de oportunidad enorme de acuerdo a la ubicación en la que se encuentra. La sucursal es pequeña o por lo menos más del promedio de los demás bancos en la misma plaza
 Unfortunately it has been one of the worst experiences in terms of banking institutions. In my case, I went to collect a disability and they told me that only deposits could be made but no withdrawal. It's amazing that they tell you that. They told me that in about an hour they might already have a system.
Unlike other banks such as Bancomer, Banamex and Santander ... HSBC does not have staff to assist or guide you at the entrance and you have a disability or any questions, you have to sign in and wait several minutes (in my experience at least 30 minutes) and to tell the truth that is a long time according to the number of clients in the line, and I have read that it is one of the banks whose interest rates are among the most expensive in the market. Something that they have neglected is customer service, the cashiers are not rude but they are not friendly at all, they do not deal very well with customers. This branch has a huge opportunity area according to the location in which it is located. The branch is small or at least more than the average of the other banks in the same place

Siempre se tardan, el chico que se encuentra dando el acceso da prioridad a las chicas guapas o gente con buen argumento aunque no sean cliente
Solo hay una o dos cajas funcionando

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No me quisieron cancelar mi cuenta, que porque no la abrí en esa sucursal y eso que llame para preguntar y me dijeron que puedo cancelar mi cuenta en cualquier sucursal. Pésima atención al cliente y ni se diga la sucursal de Xochimilco, neta si no les gusta su trabajo que carajos hacen ahí laborando.
Nadamás hacen perder el tiempo y cuidado si no llevas tú contrato porque así como llegas te vas, solo te ponen pretextos idiotas.
They did not want to cancel my account, because I did not open it at that branch and that I called to ask and they told me that I can cancel my account at any branch. Terrible customer service and not to mention the Xochimilco branch, net if they don't like their job, what the hell do they do there?
Nothing is wasting your time and be careful if you do not have your contract because as soon as you arrive, you leave, they only make idiotic excuses for you.

Very bad service, more than an hour waiting to process a credit card and no executive of the 2 in service was vacated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se supone que tienen atención preferencial a las personas mayor y mi abuela estuvo esperando por más de 2 horas a que la atendieran, tiene 68 años y en ningún momento se le trató como persona mayor
They are supposed to have preferential care for the elderly and my grandmother was waiting for more than 2 hours for them to attend her, she is 68 years old and at no time was she treated as an elderly person

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, cobran sin avisar por una simple tarjeta de ahorro, Folio 6275 el dia de hoy cancele cualquier servicio de HSBC por ladrones, malos prestadores de servicio de banca. Para dicho trámite me la hicieron larga en una fila que llegaba hasta la calle. No son profesionales en los más mínimo. Este banco deberia desaparecer BBVA bienvenido gracias.
Very bad service, they charge without warning for a simple savings card, Folio 6275 today cancel any HSBC service due to thieves, bad banking service providers. For this procedure they made it long in a line that reached the street. They are not professionals in the least. This bank should disappear BBVA welcome thank you.
