★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio malísimo, por trabajo llegué una hora antes del cierre, faltaba una persona antes de mi turno y me hicieron ir a imprimir una hoja que no necesitaba y cuando regrese me comentó el que atiende en la puerta que había 3 personas antes que yo y tardarían 40 min con cada uno.
Terrible service, for work I arrived an hour before closing, a person was missing before my shift and they made me go to print a sheet that I did not need and when I returned the person who answered the door told me that there were 3 people before me and it would take time. 40 min with each.

Cash machine took my card and I got no help from HSBC. "I should order a new card". That was the information.
