Después de esperar para que me atendieran me mandaron a la sucursal donde aperture mi cuenta y por supuesto no resolvieron nada. El viernes 23 de abril cerraron una hora antes 3:30pm y solo se acercó un tipo a la puerta y me dijo que ya habían cerrado y que el lunes sin problema me atendían. De verdad es una pesadilla
Terrible service, they don't seem to know what they are doing. It takes hours to serve you. After waiting for them to attend to me, they sent me to the branch where I opened my account and of course they did not solve anything. On Friday, April 23, they closed an hour before 3:30 pm and only one guy came to the door and told me that they had already closed and that on Monday they would attend to me without problem. It really is a nightmare

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si se pudiera poner cero estrellas se las pondría, súper tardada la atención, los ejecutivos traen flojera de trabajar, esperamos casi 2 horas para que nos atendieran en aperturar una cuenta porque llegaban personas a tramitar créditos y a ellos los atendían primero porque es lo que más les importa al parecer... Si pueden vayan a otra sucursal y en el mejor de los casos cambiense de banco
If you could put zero stars, I would give them, the attention is super slow, the executives bring laziness from working, we waited almost 2 hours for them to attend us in opening an account because people came to process loans and they attended them first because that is what they do the most. They seem to care ... If you can go to another branch and in the best of cases change banks

Neta estos ni idea de qué es atención al cliente
Terrible service, an hour trained in the sun and I still can't get through ... just one at the windows attending and 15 or more people waiting in the middle of the pandemic .....
Net these no idea what customer service is

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como escribió otra persona.. sipuediera poner cero lo haria..NO recomiendo pesimo servicio en sucursal, pésimo servicio en el telefono tardan horas en contestar y luego te reenvian llamada asi que tendrás que tener paciencia de dos horas para resolver algo de tarjetas de credito y de debito ni se diga.. y tengo donde comparar y si hay diferencia
As another person wrote... if I could put zero I would do it... I do NOT recommend terrible service at the branch, terrible service on the phone they take hours to answer and then they forward the call so you will have to be patient for two hours to solve something about credit cards and of debit not even say .. and I have where to compare and if there is a difference
