★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not withdraw money at HSBC with foreign bank account. They charge 69.6 pesos and 5.5% markup with their own rates(I was tired as I landed in Mexico City so didn't read their terms carefully). I withdrew 6000pesos and was charged extra 25GBP which was 690pesos. Go other banks such as BBVA charge only less than 100 pesos for each transaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good and safe ATM to use. You can take up to 7000 out in one transaction. The fee is 64 peso... a tad more then Santander, but 25 less then Bancomer and BBVA. Be sure to always decline the conversation rate... as your bank will be giving a better rate.
