Waiting for hours to do something as simple as requesting my PIN, obnoxious.

At the time there is a lot of influx of people, but both the manager Sergio and the advisor Paco have provided me with exceptional service. Of course, come with enough time and understand that not all procedures take the same time.

Upon arrival there were not many customers at the time I arrived. On the other hand, I went to request payment from the IMSS due to disability and they requested the INE/IFE, but since I am a foreigner and I have my resident card with permission to work, which is like the INE/IFE that they give to foreigners as the only official document and I almost had a heart attack when they told me that it was mandatory to have IFE/INE so that they would pay me for my disability. After a while and talking to a supervisor, they finally accepted my official document and paid me; but the moment was awkward. Recommendation: If you are going to collect something from the IMSS you must bring a copy of your insured sheet, a copy of the disability sheet and a copy of your identification.
