★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio por parte de los ejecutivos, para que sea uno atendido tiene que pasar mínimo 1 hora de espera, muy lento, se paran a platicar, y la gente ahí esperando. Muy mal por parte del banco con ese personal, sobre todo porque es una institución de prestigio.
Bad service on the part of the executives, so that one is attended has to spend at least 1 hour of waiting, very slow, they stop to talk, and the people there waiting. Very bad by the bank with that staff, especially because it is a prestigious institution.
