★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio!! Solo se la pasan platicando y no atienden a mi mamá una señora de la tercera edad q les dice que tiene incontinencia y tiene que ir al baño!! Cómo es posible que un banco como esté no tenga buen servicio!! Por eso no crece y un verdadero asco!! Por eso BBVA se los está comiendo!!
 Terrible service!! They just spend their time talking and my mother is not attended by an elderly lady who tells them that she has incontinence and has to go to the bathroom !! CADA VEZ QUE VENGO SOLO HAY 2 VENTANILLAS ABIERTAS.
EJECUTIVOS SOLO 1 O 2 Y TARDAN DEMASIADO EN REALIZAR SU TRABAJO.
SE PASA MAS DE 2 HORAS EN LA FILA AFUERA EN EL SOL PARA QUE TE ATIENDAN.
TERRIBLE SERVICE
EVERY TIME I COME THERE ARE ONLY 2 WINDOWS OPEN.
ONLY 1 OR 2 EXECUTIVES AND TAKE TOO LONG TO DO THEIR JOB.
YOU SPEND MORE THAN 2 HOURS IN THE ROW OUTSIDE IN THE SUN TO BE SERVED.

Tras esperar más de dos horas debido a la ineficiencia de l@s ejecutivos de cuenta (literal solo habían 5 personas formadas antes de mí), cuando por fin llego con uno resulta que la persona quería pasarse de viva y me pidió documentos extra para aperturar una cuenta QUE NO ERA LA QUE YO SOLICITABA, por lo que fue en vano tanto el tiempo de espera como el de traslado, ya que la señora no estaba contenta con no traer los documentos para aperturar la cuenta que ella quería.
Una completa basura y que sin dudas deja peor el nombre del banco.
The worst service I have ever received in a bank. After waiting more than two hours due to the inefficiency of the account executives (literally there were only 5 people trained before me), when I finally arrive with one, it turns out that the person wanted to go live and asked me for extra documents to open an account THAT WAS NOT THE ONE I REQUESTED, so both the waiting time and the transfer time were in vain, since the lady was not happy with not bringing the documents to open the account that she wanted.
A complete garbage and that undoubtedly makes the name of the bank worse.
