★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención y servicio, los ejecutivos tardan en atender, y no realizan el trámite solicitado, solo te engañan diciendo que ya está todo bien. Yo llevo 3 vueltas y no me han solucionando la cancelación de una cuenta, se tiene que hacer cola hasta afuera.
Terrible attention and service, executives take time to attend, and do not carry out the requested procedure, they only deceive you by saying that everything is fine. I have been around 3 laps and they have not solved the cancellation of an account, you have to queue outside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio y tiempo de espera muy excesivo, mala organización e ignoran la lista de espera y si llega un conocido de las señoritas de las oficinas no pasen corajes los atenderán a ellos primero y será por lo menos una hora mas de espera para usted .
Terrible service and very excessive waiting time, poor organization and they ignore the waiting list and if an acquaintance of the ladies from the offices arrives, do not be angry, they will attend them first and it will be at least one more hour of waiting for you.

Twice I tried to have money deposited and they rejected it on their end. What’s the point of being a bank if you can’t properly serve your client?
