★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está muy descuidado para ser la sucursal del centro histórico, los dos cajeros que hay son insuficientes, hacen falta más cajeros. Por lo general siempre se hacen largas filas, con el sol de frentde. Además de que exponen a los peatones que por ahí transitan ya que la banqueta esta ocupada por los cuentahabientes.

Neta les cuesta mucho actualizar sus aplicaciones para que así la gente este enterada y no de su vuelta en balde a dicha sucursal ami me aparece que su horario de trabajo es de lunes a sabado y resulta que laboran solo de lunes a viernes ?
Today Saturday I attend the branch and it is closed for reasons of the covid.
Neta costs them a lot to update their applications so that people are aware and not of their return in vain to said branch. It appears to me that their working hours are from Monday to Saturday and it turns out that they work only from Monday to Friday ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Dejan entrar al personal sin cubrebocas, filas de 3 HRS para poder pasar con un asesor, filas de 30 min para poder ser atendido en ventanilla y esto por qué el personal está haciendo otras cosas y en ventanilla solo habilitan a una cajera.
Terrible service. They let the staff in without face masks, lines of 3 HRS to be able to pass with an advisor, lines of 30 min to be attended at the window and this is why the staff is doing other things and at the window they only enable a cashier.
