★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No entregan los productos, en su línea telefónica no dan razón, no saben nada, no dan seguimiento, solo levantan reportes en más de 30 minutos que no sirven para nada. Pésimo programa.
 They do not deliver the products, on their phone line they do not give reason, they do not know anything, they do not follow up, they only make reports in more than 30 minutes that are useless. Terrible program.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Su programa es una basura, no entregan lo productos que se compran. Llevo dos meses con un folio de aclaración y no me han dado respuesta, siempre salen con que están investigando y que están revisando. Es una falta total de respeto y profesionalismo lo que hacen con los clientes.
Your program is a garbage, they do not deliver the products that are bought. I have two months with a folio of clarification and they have not given me an answer, they always come out with what they are investigating and they are reviewing. It is a total lack of respect and professionalism what they do with clients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No entregan los productos. Igualmente me di por vencida con la queja y la aclaración que nunca se resolvió. Segundo caso, decidí mejor sacar un monedero electrónico, el cual nunca llegó y sigo en espera de que resuelvan esto. :(
They do not deliver the products. I also gave up on the complaint and clarification that was never resolved. Second case, I decided better to take out an electronic purse, which never arrived and I am still waiting for them to solve this. :(
