★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio del gerente y uno de los ejecutivos es pésimo, no resuelven nada, son groseros o desesperados y no saben indicar dónde se establecen ciertas "políticas" del banco. Efectivamente las veces que he ido luego están en una oficina con puerta cerrada y no en los módulos, cuando salen a atender la gente ya se juntó.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen un pésimo servicio de atención al cliente, si preguntas lo que es tu derecho a saber son impacientes, groseros y hasta sarcásticos, incluyendo a su gerente. No saben resolver, si vas porque te hayan impuesto alguna restricción porque sea necesario activar algún servicio o actualizar tus datos para que puedas acceder a otro o alguna situación similar, se limitan a decir que son políticas del banco y no saben explicar en dónde se establece. Además algunas veces se encierran en una oficina cerrada y dejan solos los módulos de ejecutivos y la gente esperando a ser atendida, por eso también tardan en ocasiones para brindar el servicio que al final resulta insuficiente.
