★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal súper mal capacitado, te mandan con ejecutivo, gente esperando y ninguno estaba atendiendo a nadie, después de un rato me vuelvo a acercar y resulta que mi trámite sí debía atenderlo el de ventanilla. Pura pérdida de tiempo y mala atención.
The super poorly trained staff, they send you with an executive, people waiting and no one was attending to anyone, after a while I approached again and it turns out that my procedure should have been handled by the window. Pure waste of time and poor attention.
