Pésimo servicio, haces fila y cuando es tu turno reducen que tú trámite es con cita. Llegas a tu cita al siguiente día y no hay nadie que le dé seguimiento a lo agendado Y vuelves a hacer fila

Son las 9:06 y aún no atienden a un solo cliente, el personal llegó desde las 8:25 AM para platicar, empiezan a prepararse para atender a las 9:00...pésimo servicio, mala actitud para atender, grocera la encargada de las cajas

En internet comentan que cierran a las 15hrs y llegamos a las a las 14:01hrs y no quieren brindar servicio, estan afectando nuestros derechos, tienen la puerta cerrada hay perspnas que estan dando la atención, por lo qie procedere a levantar mi queja ante la conducef si no me llegan a a atender

Si quieres perder 3-4 hrs haciendo fila ven aquí, solo hay un ejecutivo atendiendo y si vienes a hacer apertura de cuenta, prepárate para que posterguen tu turno y dejen pasar a otras personas, además cuando crees que es tu turno se aparece gente que tiene cita y de nuevo para atrás. Para NADA RECOMENDADO

Buen día Se podría decir que si tuviera la calificación de 0 estrellas la obtendría, hace 2 semanas acudí debido a un robo de mi tarjeta y proceder con una nueva reposición desde las 9:40 am haciendo fila me pasaron hasta las 11:30 y seguía haciendo fila, se dignaron a atenderme hasta las 5 pm!!! Es enserio? 7 horasss? Si no es porque les digo me dejan hasta el último, perdí el día en mi trabajo todo por su falta de atención, las personas de modulo se iban a comer y solo dejaban a 1 cuando se tardaban hasta 1 hora en atender a cada cliente o simplemente otros no hacían fila y se metían. Pésima atención al cliente enserio! NO VAYAN ENSERIO Y SI VAN LLEGUEN A LAS 8 AM PARÁ QUE LOS DEJEN ENTRAR A LAS 3 PM !

Super mala atención, los chicos de los cubículos creen que son CEO (solo por lo ocupados en sus teléfonos y selección de atencion), lea falta mucho profesionalismo y que "descubran" que estan en un área de servicio al cliente.
Super bad attention, the guys in the cubicles think they are CEO (only because of how busy they are on their phones and selection of attention), they lack a lot of professionalism and that they "discover" that they are in a customer service area.
