Abri una cuenta con ellos, y a la semana ya no existia, por suerte habia retirado antes y solo tenia 500 pesos, no se que tipo de persona esta atras de esto pero no es un banco es una farsa, les recomiendo Scotiabank mejor

If I could give less than 1, I would. I forgot my card in the machine, got distracted needing change once the money spit out. Yes that is on me! When I realized my card was missing at the grocery store - I used the rest of what money I took out to pay. I went back to the bank immediately and it was closed. There was a man sitting in the bank, he could clearly see me. I'm telling him in Spanish I forgot my card in the machine. He literally "waves" me away and looks away. I knock on the window again and he leaves his desk for 15 minutes. Then I see him return but he is ignoring me. I ask again- where is my card in Spanish. Then a women comes and repeatedly just says "cerrado" closed, closed, closed. At this point I'm crying because I have no more money and I don't have my card. I ask her: can you check to see if my card is here so I know it is not stolen... Still, she keeps saying "cerrado" closed, closed. WOW... I realize it is my fault that I left my card there, but have a heart and check to see if it is there so that I'm not stressed. I'll come in the morning no problem! lol I just can't believe it.

Don´t open your bank account here, its just a shame they are scaming people and looking the other way

Functional ATMs; on the downside, the personnel's quality of service is a mixed bag, so much luck if you require additional business. ? ? ?

They charge a 6.5% on top of other fees for the exchange rate. The exchange rate to US dollars was also very bad. Go to Santander they are so much better!!! Also there is a 80 peso fee to use the ATM.

My debit card got swiped from my pocket while I’m putting money away. Immediately block my card within minutes and somehow the thief was able to withdrawal $100 from my account. Not sure how there were able to obtain my pins. The employees that was standing there watching over the customers was no help.
