El tiempo de espera es demasiado alto, es el peor banco para mi personalmente no lo recomiendo, mal trato y sobre todo el tiempo que tardas mínimo 3 horas
The waiting time is too high, it is the worst bank for me personally I do not recommend it, poor treatment and especially the time it takes at least 3 hours

La Srita. que me recibió muy amable vio la manera de ayudarme y me atendió la Lic Valeria. Me explico que puedo continuar con mi nómina sin que me afecte el saldo de otra cuenta que se me género con otra tarjeta de nómina que no cancele. Yo salí muy complacida con el servicio.
Ms. She received me very kindly and saw the way to help me and Lic Valeria attended to me. He explained to me that I can continue with my payroll without affecting the balance of another account that was generated with another payroll card that I did not cancel. I left very pleased with the service.

Pésima atención solo tienen un cajero y filas enormes se pide cambio y ya que te atienden comentan que no tienen nada de cambio cuando desde la entrada te podían decir y no hacer fila por 1 hora
Terrible attention they only have one cashier and huge lines you ask for change and since they serve you they comment that they don't have any change when from the entrance they could tell you and not stand in line for 1 hour

Tengo años teniendo cuentas aquí y siempre me han tratado bien, eh tenido algunos problemitas pero se resuelven bien teniendo un poco de paciencia. Para mi es buen banco.
I have had accounts here for years and they have always treated me well, I have had some little problems but they are resolved well with a little patience. For me it is a good bank.

Tres horas para que me atendieran los ejecutivos para abrir una cuenta nómina y para acabarla lo hicieron mal. Me abrieron otra cuenta que no era, la tipa quejándose por qué quería irse a comer y que el sistema iba lento pésimo servicio
Three hours for the executives to assist me to open a payroll account and to finish it they did it wrong. They opened another account for me that wasn't, the girl complaining why she wanted to go out to eat and that the system was slow, lousy service

Mala atención de ejecutivos, en vez de atenderte te mandan a que llames a la línea de HSBC por pura flojera, fui a la sucursal de Enrique Díaz de León y ahí los ejecutivos son bien a todo dar y ahí si me resolvieron mi problema. Y además de mal servicio de los ejecutivos solo tienen un cajero, el cajero automático para depósitos no sirve bueno .. mejor hago el depósito en Oxxo 12 pesos de comisión los vale. Lastima que la sucursal que está más cerca de mi trabajo ?
Bad attention from executives, instead of assisting you they send you to call the HSBC line out of sheer laziness, I went to the Enrique Díaz de León branch and there the executives are very good at everything and there they solved my problem. And in addition to the bad service of the executives, they only have one ATM, the ATM for deposits is not good... I better make the deposit at Oxxo, the 12 pesos commission is worth it. Too bad the branch that is closer to my work ?

On Aug 21, 2021 about 1pm, we went to this branch to open an account. We moved to GDL 6 months ago and own a house about 3 blocks away. We are legal residents of Mexico. We came with all required paperwork, and researched the account types online, and brought MXN 40k as an opening deposit. The man at the door was extremely rude. His first question was "Why do you want to open an account?" I told him we live here and need to pay people for goods & services. He then demanded to know how much we'd deposit on a monthly basis" I said, some months a lot, some months less, we are about to start remodeling our house. He insisted on an amount, so I said at minimum MXN 20k a month, and he said "that's not enough". At that point it was obvious he didn't want our business so we left. There are no minimum monthly deposit requirements, and the average deposit to avoid fees is only MXN 4k. Peanuts compared to what we'd have been running through this account. I have never in my life had a bank ask me "why" I wanted a bank account. It's apparent that HSBC doesn't teach its employees discrimination on the basis of race or national origin is morally wrong AND bad for business. Luckily there are many banks and we won't ever have to deal with this company again.
