Desesperanteeee. Se supone que deberían de poner a disposición ¡al menos! una caja para clientes no premier/advanced, pero neta en ninguna llamaba a la gente de cuentas normales. Resumen: Súper lento el servicio. ?
Desperate. They are supposed to make available at least! a box for non-premier / advanced clients, but net in none called for people with normal accounts. Summary: Super slow service. ?

La zona de ATMs y los cajeros bien. Pero los ejecutivos son lentos e inútiles, siempre encuentran la manera de decirte que no te pueden ayudar. Te ofrecerán que lo hagas por teléfono, TODO. Si vas a horario de comida (que es la única oportunidad para muchos) no te van a poner ninguna atención ni tendrán la menor intención por ayudarte.
The ATM area and ATMs fine. But executives are slow and useless, they always find a way to tell you that they can't help you. They will offer you to do it by phone, EVERYTHING. If you go to meal times (which is the only opportunity for many) they will not pay any attention to you nor will they have the slightest intention of helping you.

Pésimo servicio, la cajera grosera y desconoce su puesto, 25 minutos ahí y no me pudieron atender, la sucursal sin gente, me isieron esperar y al final no me resolvieron mi problema. Si tienen cajeras nuevas pongan a alguien con ellas uno trae prisa y ni gerente a la vista.
Terrible service, the cashier rude and does not know her position, 25 minutes there and they could not attend me, the branch without people, they told me to wait and in the end they did not solve my problem. If you have new cashiers put someone with them, one brings a hurry and not a manager in sight.

El banco HSBC en México consigue infelizmente llegar al cúmulo de la incompetencia: abrí una cuenta en esta sucursal en octubre del 2020 con la “consejera” Jessica M. Tenté hacer una transferencia desde otra cuenta que tengo en otro banco que nunca me llegó y me fue devolvida a la cuenta emisora con un 5% a menos del valor inicial mandado. Esta cuenta continuaba en 2021 sin haber sido activada por parte de HSBC y tuve que ir a la agencia para encerrarla después de los prejuicios traídos por ella... ¿Qué más quieren con respecto a la calidad de los servicios bancarios?
The HSBC bank in Mexico unfortunately manages to reach the accumulation of incompetence: I opened an account at this branch in October 2020 with the “counselor” Jessica M. Pésimo servicio, la cajera (Rocío) atiende de mala gana, y si uno le pregunta algo, se molesta y se limita a atenderte. Entiendo que todos tenemos problemas, pero no juntemos las cosas laborales con las personales.... Amemos lo que hacemos y si no estamos agusto, hagamos un cambio. Excelente día!
Terrible service, the cashier (Rocío) responds reluctantly, and if one asks her something, she gets upset and limits herself to helping you. I understand that we all have problems, but let's not put work together with personal things ... Let's love what we do and if we are not comfortable, let's make a change. Excellent day!

Mala atención por parte de los ejecutivos premier. El primer día esperé 20 minutos para ser atendido (estaban libres, platicando entre ellos); me fui. El segundo día, llegué con más tiempo; aún así esperé 25 minutos (de los cuales la mitad del tiempo estaban sin atender a nadie)......al final no me resolvieron nada y me pidieron que llamara al Call Center.
Poor attention from premier executives. The first day I waited 20 minutes to be served (they were free, chatting with each other); I left. The second day, I arrived with more time; Even so, I waited 25 minutes (of which half the time they were without answering anyone).... In the end they did not solve anything and they asked me to call the Call Center.

Do NOT use their ATMs. I used their ATM early on a Sunday and never recevied my debit card back. When I went to ask a banker on Monday morning if it could be retrieved, she said no because their ATMs are managed by a 3rd party company. She advised me to call my bank and have the card cancelled. When I went to the bank on Monday I noticed the machine was now reading 'Out of service' - wonder how many other people's cards were taken? When I went back my father tried to take money out of the other ATM and while he did get his card back, the machine did not dispense any money. Stay away from this bank at all costs. Que horror!!
