Solo si demoran un poco para la atención con un ejecutivo, pero es de las mejores sucursales de HSBC que tienen en Puebla. Además no hay lugares marcado en el piso para esperar y no se respeta la sana distancia; tapete sanitizante seco, solo un trapo húmedo, toma de temperatura en la mano y así se anuncian con la leyenda contamos con todas las medidas de seguridad.
