★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio realmente pésimo hay gente en la sucursal y no te atienden llevo horas tratando de hacer trámites y en la pared hay un letrero que dice DONDE SEA QUE SE ENCUENTRE ESTAMOS AQUÍ OARA AYUDARLE ! Exactamente al revés
 Really terrible service, there are people in the branch and they do not attend you, I have been trying to do paperwork for hours and on the wall there is a sign that says WHEREVER YOU ARE WE ARE HERE OR TO HELP YOU! Exactly the other way around

Very bad service and bad with clients, I think that if they do not like their job they should look for one that they like, a very unfriendly guy answered me very badly and rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor y más lenta atención al cliente, sobretodo en el área de los ejecutivos. Tardan hasta media hora con cada cliente y no son nada eficientes. Nunca abren más de 2 cajas. Terrible servicio.
The worst and slowest customer service, especially in the area of executives. They take up to half an hour with each client and are not efficient at all. They never open more than 2 boxes. Terrible service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qué horror de servicio. Es un infierno ir a esta sucursal. No me quieren imprimir mis estados de cuenta de una tarjeta que acabo de cancelar y que obviamente ya no puedo observar en mi banca por internet, pero en línea me dijeron que ellos me podían apoyar y en otra sucursal finalmente me terminaron apoyando. Ellos simplemente no quisieron y el trato fue pésimo cuando yo siempre me dirigí con respeto.
What a horror of service. It's hell going to this branch. They do not want to print my account statements for a card that I just canceled and that obviously I can no longer see in my internet banking, but online they told me that they could support me and in another branch they finally ended up supporting me. They simply did not want to and the treatment was lousy when I always addressed myself with respect.
