★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'll start by saying the meal I had was great: smoked brisket. And I believe the short ribs were even better. I'll even add that our waiter was knowledgeable and eager to please, but he was put in a hard position. I was traveling with someone gluten free and probing revealed that the GF menu options contained GF ingredients, but no attempt was made to avoid contamination during preparation. They were cooked on the same surfaces and in the same fryers as the regular menu. After a frustrating search of the menu, a safe but boring option was found.
If you don't have food restrictions and would like to watch a live show and/or get up and dance, Huama is a 5 star option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was terrible. Took an hour to get 2 drinks after we had finished all our food and when we complained to the manager he said he didn't understand the issue because we did eventually get them. 2 stars because the food was really good, but the service was awful two nights in a row.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a beer bar, but they keep running out of the tap beer. Not sure it is poor planning or actual shortage of craft beer. I will recommend the Mucho Maya, if/when they get it back in stock

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent customer service. Several staff members made my little one enjoy her time there. Thank you, after such a long travel day, the attention was greatly appreciated so the adults could enjoy the great meal.
