★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio en caso de realizar un ultrasonido se demoran 4 Hrs para atenderte y 2 hrs para entregarte tus resultados esto fuera comprensible si hubiera muchos pacientes sin embargo es porque el personal se la pasa jugando y cotorreando lo cual es inaceptable al final si lo escalas en dirección te mencionan que lo verificarán pero al final no hacen nada, por tal motivo yo creo que es la razón de que el personal hace lo que quiere.
 Terrible service in case of performing an ultrasound it takes 4 hours to attend you and 2 hours to deliver your results, this would be understandable if there were many patients, however, it is because the staff keeps playing and chatting which is unacceptable in the end if you scale it in Management mentions that they will verify it but in the end they do nothing, for this reason I think it is the reason that the staff does what they want.

Ademas hay tv para distraerse un poco. Tambien hay juguetes para los niños que vienen con su mama o papa laboratorio...
Pero la entrega de los resultados tardan mucho aunque no es culpa del laboratorio, no deben de afirmar la fecha y ademas tienen que presionar a los encargados de los analisis(resultado)...

But the delivery of the results takes a long time, although it is not the fault of the laboratory, they should not confirm the date and they also have to pressure those in charge of the analysis (result)...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tardaron en imprimir mis resultados (colposcopia), y yo realmente esperaba imágenes de calidad no de impresora casera, me dicen que resultados están en 15 días y cuando fui a recogerlos ese mismo día los imprimen cuando por lo menos ya deben estar listos y en un sobre sellado no entregarlos en una pésima impresión y en folder abierto.
They took time to print my results (colposcopy), and I really expected quality images not from a home printer, they tell me what results are in 15 days and when I went to pick them up that same day they printed them when they should at least be ready and in a Sealed envelope do not deliver them in a bad impression and in an open folder.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, no llegan a tiempo,anuncian que desde las 8 am y el doctor que hace los ultrasonidos llega a las 10 AM sin cubrebocas, las personas que llegan a realizarse la prueba para covid estan en el área que estan las embarazadas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio ? hacen un ultrasonido en 5 min y para la entrega de resultados tardan 3 horas, tienes que esperar a que pase a todos los pacientes, para realizar el reporte que falta de respeto hacernos esperar a que termine con su larga lista, porque no va entregando el resultado en cuanto pasa cada paciente. No lo recomiendo
Bad service ? they do an ultrasound in 5 min and for the delivery of results it takes 3 hours, you have to wait for it to happen to all the patients, to make the report that is disrespectful to make us wait for you to finish with your long list, why not It delivers the result as soon as each patient passes.
