★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio al cliente, no se comunican en absoluto para darle seguimiento o si ya están listas las cortinas o si están retrasadas esta llenos deexcusas para darte culpan a la fabrica, en mi experiencia a principios de enero ordené y pague el 60% de mis cortinas, no sabia nada al respecto tuve que marcar y pedir explicaciones estamos a febrero y no tienen hecho mis cortinas la única explicación es que la fabrica esta retrasando mi pedido y que probablemente estén listas a finales de febrero. No pierdan su tiempo y dinero hay muchas otras mejoras opciones.
 Bad customer service, they do not communicate at all to follow up or if the curtains are ready or if they are delayed they are full of excuses to blame the factory, in my experience at the beginning of January I ordered and paid for 60% of my curtains I didn't know anything about it, I had to dial and ask for explanations, we are in February and they haven't made my curtains, the only explanation is that the factory is delaying my order and that they will probably be ready at the end of February. Don't waste your time and money there are many other better options.
