★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo, acudí a mi cita y resultó qué no la tenían agendada porque tuvieron problemas con el sistema. Eso lo puedo entender. Pero a pesar de que cuando llegué no había nadie esperando, no quisieron atenderme, querían que esperara hasta que hubieran atendido a los citados (qué aun ni llegaban) y que mi auto me lo darían al siguiente dia.
De verdad ni una disculpa me dieron ya qué el error no fue mio, sino de ellos. Siempre es un horror con ellos, pésima agencia.
Terrible, I went to my appointment and it turned out that they did not have it scheduled because they had problems with the system. I can understand that. But despite the fact that when I arrived there was no one waiting, they did not want to attend to me, they wanted me to wait until they had attended to those mentioned (who had not yet arrived) and that they would give me my car the next day.
They really didn't even give me an apology since the mistake was not mine, but theirs. It is always a horror with them, terrible agency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En esta agencia e tenido la muy mala experiencia tanto para comprar y el primer mantenimiento que la lleve.
En la compra el vendedor todo desorganizado no tenia la cotización que se había acordado cuando ya se iba pagar el enganche , aparte de comentar que mi esposa que era la del tramite se había equivocado y luego después de un momento la encontró claro después de que pasamos un mal rato y luego la entrega sin los tapetes que ya se incluyen.
En el primer mantenimiento fue algo peor, porque llego 10 minutos tarde y pues aceptas que debía esperar pero cuando ya era 30minutos y vez que empiezan a llegar gente de casi una hora después que si le recibían el carro por adelantado fue el colmo y el encargado de recibir justificando que el reloj de servicio estaba mal que clase de respuesta es esa, no recomiendo esta agencia la verdad.
In this agency I have had a very bad experience both to buy and the first maintenance that takes it.
In the purchase, the seller, all disorganized, did not have the quote that had been agreed when the down payment was to be paid, apart from commenting that my wife who was the one with the paperwork had made a mistake and then after a moment she found it clear after we passed a hard time and then delivery without the mats that are already included.
In the first maintenance it was something worse, because I was 10 minutes late and then you accept that I had to wait but when it was 30 minutes and once people start to arrive almost an hour later, if they received the car in advance, it was the last straw and the manager to receive justifying that the service clock was wrong what kind of response is that, I do not recommend this agency the truth.
