He also has a week saying that the equipment is "disarmed and under review" and that the technical staff was sick, then on vacation, then out of the store looking for spare parts, then very busy ... ONE WEEK !! without even arguing with any comment from the technician about the progress in the review ... As if that were not enough, they asked me to wait 1 hour for my small sander to be assembled and they can give me back ..
