This resort is beyond words. More than you could ever expect. Excellent resort. Excellent staff. Excellent activities. Excellent restaurants. Excellent service. Excellent golf course. You could not go wrong staying here. Make sure you book at least 7 nights as you won't want to leave. We stayed at hotel Maya and we can’t wait to go back! I recommend this place if you are looking to escape and relax!

Hotel size, activities, pools and room are good. Normally in other Hotels the reason you make a reservation is because those restaurants demand a better service/ quality food than the ones with no reservation, however here is not the case, they have better options at the buffet. Food quality is average and servers act cold like they are doing you a favor instead of treating you with a smile or positive attitude. There is this restaurant called under the sea (seafood), for dinner all they have is burgers, chicken pasta, and fish fingers, it makes no sense at all (reservations needed). Beers is XX lager/ amber. We got here on Friday and I talked to Dani (prestige concierge) about my son’s birthday on the following Monday, I wanted to do a cake and a decoration on the room for him, the day finally came and I find out that he didn’t do anything, they don’t offer any kids decoration. Covid test, they will provide you with two free test if you booked 5+nights all other covid test are $35.00. Never had to pay for a test before. The service, professionalism, quality and the way the care about their guests is not up to the standards the trying to show or what you should get for the price you pay here. Gilberto was an excellent server! He always made sure our drinks were full and went above and beyond with his positive attitude. He was very attentive and just an overall genuine person. Very great service at The Geisha restaurant.

Under the Sea—we ate here tonight and we were pleasantly surprised with it. My daughter and I both had the wedge salad to start. It was very good with attention to making sure the dressing was infused throughout each layer. She had the skirt steak and I had the coconut shrimp. Both were very tasty. The mango sorbet is a must for dessert!!

We stayed here for 5 nights and enjoyed the amenities and lodging. The last night we ate at La Geisha. The service from Paulino and Casandra was exceptional and made our experience very pleasant. Our son has special needs and has a very specific vegetarian diet (his own choice). They both made our experience enjoyable while assisting our sons needs. Great people and great service. Definitely recommend staying here and will do so again.

I brought my family to this resort for a nice break. We booked our five-year-old son for a few days at the star camp. We loved it and it was a win for all. Prices are reasonable and we love the service given by all the staff; in special concierges Ruby and Omar. They are really kind and helpful. Ruby was available for us all the time. By the way, Covid protocols are in place and they are safe.

Under the Sea restaurant is fantastic! Ate here many times for lunch and dinner over the course of 12 days. Every meal was perfection. The Chef needs to be commended!! Wait staff was always friendly and very efficient. Manager always around checking that everything is good. This restaurant has set the bar very high to which all the other restaurants should strive! Well done to all the staff at “Under the Sea” ! *****

Service EXCELLENT, kids enjoyed the cooking tricks, mom and dad the cocktails. Must add to the list of things to do while at the resort. All around great experience, if you like things like that!!??? We did!!! Gilberto was on top of his game the entire time… from soup to dessert, he was ready to help. Impressive for an all inclusive, really did your research and best practices on this one. Can’t wait to see what’s next on the nightly culinary trail!!! Thanks to everyone behind the scenes as well. You work your tails off and are not thanked enough!!!!
