Room was great but kind of small for two persons, housekeeping lady was very nice. Liked the visit for a week and two days.It's close to everything if you need to stay for a visa and the place is great

1400 for a 3x5 room with 2 beds small bathroom one sink nasty shower head. Not enough outlets. No shampoo no soap. Over payed for closet and to top it off no breakfast included. WTF

The place was dirty, and uncomfortable, no soap in the bath, need to be careful because In a double room they gave just breakfast for one person. I will not recommend at all

I booked the Room thru Expedia big mistake, room was so compact my sister and I hid trouble moving around. No hand nor wash towels, I asked at front desk east told they only handle bath towels. We stayed 3 days elevator worked first night and last day. Had to walk up and down 8 floors...

Parking was free, dinner wasn't included, rooms were okay, sufficient space and beds were pretty large, the service was really fine with people, bath was just fine, water was perfect and it had enough towels, as well as pillows, price was correct.

First of all, the parking lot around the hotel is too small, and the public parking is about 100 yards away. The price is cheap, at 42 dollars with tax included. As we stepped into the cramped elevator, it's aggressive doors closed on my elbow. I asked for a single room and it was ridiculously small there's barely enough room to walk between the firm queen bed and the tv mounted on the wall. The room was clean enough but the bathroom was not, the towels were on the floor, and there were stains on the toilet seat as well as on the sink. The water temperature was normal but the shower quickly filled with water as if the drain was partially clogged. The next morning, breakfast was only 5 dollars per person, but once i saw it's bland variety i figured out why it s so cheap. Overall i had an acceptable experience, the bed and its oversize pillows were very comfortable and well add the adjustable room temperature. I would not recommend this hotel for more than one night's stay, if you're not traveling alone, or traveling with kids, and there is no room service.

Loved the lobby area and the fact that is sustainability certified, but the customer service is awful, the rooms too small for two guests, and the shower water pressure was too weak to wake up. However, Dominique, in charge of the breakfast buffet, was charming, accommodating, and attentive to all our needs. She is the reason I'm giving this hotel 3 stars, otherwise, I would have given it 1. ~Thoughts become things; choose the good ones! #elpostdelatia

Housekeeping and front desk were very friendly, will definitely stay there again.
