★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean, updated, great internet, great English speaking staff and comfortable beds. There was a great restaurant downstairs and elevators. No fridge and very small rooms but great stay. A little bit from anywhere else, had to cab but cabs are inexpensive as long as you pay in pesos. Hot water and awesome shower!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is really nice and polite, the hotel is clean and the location is awesome! I recommend including the breakfast option while booking. Price wise it is a great destination to spend the night or if you are on a business trip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very up to my expectations, rooms are small but comfortable. Great for business trip, quiet at night so you'll get a great night sleep. Just be more attentive to the cleaning details in the shower, I'm very picky about it and notice everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the best experience in an Ibis I had thus far. The rooms are compact and quiet. The breakfast options in the morning are varied and staff across the board is very friendly. While the location is not in the historical heart of the city, it is just a nice stroll down Paseo Montejo away, which itself is popular for its restaurants and bars.

Great beds and pillows for good night sleep.
Very clean facilities. Practical setting for breakfast. Very well located. AC very efficient. Breakfasts differ a little daily for variety. Good fruits daily.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is well located and the staff is very helpful and friendly but that is pretty much it. It was cheaper than other hotels on the zone but honestly the quality is so low that i would rather pay a bit more for WAY more comfort.
Pillows are HORRIBLE. The beds overall are a joke. The tv sounds terrible. The hairdryer was broken. You need to fight the toilet buttons or you get a constant waterfall on your toilet.
No toileteries, just one basic soap to use.
The breakfast was only ok because the cooks are good at what they do but the “juice”, coffee and other items were horrible quality.
Again, I would rate a 0-2 if it was not for the amazing staff and hopefully they are being treated right.
