D	Daniel Chisikovsky on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is definitely not a good hotel, I stayed only one night and had these troubles: * I found a hair in the bed from other guests / employees * Door on the bathtub did not seal properly, therefore lots of water leaked out and I had to dry it every time I had a bath. * Instead of putting normal soap they have liquid dispensers and quality of soap is terrible (even inside the bathtub). * On the Lobby, floor was wet and I almost had an accident * Breakfast had a terrible quality and taste. I wrote to the management and they told me they were going to "consider" my opinions and let me know when those things have changed... They never wrote me back. I recommend much more staying at Novotel just next to this one or going to any other hotel.

P	PN16944 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice for just sleeping. Small bathroom though but very functional. If you are like literally looking 4 a place to just sleep this is a go. Pet friendly with a 300 MXN PESO fee per doggo. Just don't forget it's vaccination record card.

Pretty limited areas and spaces. Even when staff was quite friendly at out arrival they were limiting us the access to common areas. Not a business hotel.

The breakfast tastes not good and according to my experience, they do not use fresh ingredients. I returned my food because the taste was really bad and I also found an insect. In a business hotel, you also want to work and use the shared rooms to work. They denied us this and said we can't work in the common area! But there are about 15 empty tables, and electrical outlets and it is empty all the time. Isn't this a business hotel? I do not understand. I am really disappointed!
