★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tuve la experiencia de acudir a sus instalaciones e interactuar con varios de los vendedores y su servicio es pésimo, hay vendedores sin experiencia tratando de vender algo que ni siquiera saben sus características completas. al entrar a sus instalaciones es verdaderamente lamentable que lo primero que se ve es a un perro amarrado, jalándose para soltarse, lastimándose, ni siquiera se le veía comida.
verifiquen y pidan referencias antes de comprar o vender con ellos

Es una empresa sumamente estafadora con gente mediocre que no sabe tratar al cliente empezando con el encargado de ventas Héctor Hernández que mientras que le digas que sí a sus propuestas te tratará bien.
pero solo lo empiezas a cuestionar y mágicamente nunca contesta el celular.
No lo recomiendo para nada

Mi queja y mi opinión es específicamente al lugar y el encargado de ventas Héctor Hernández.
No tienen ni un poco de ética al responder llamadas ni dudas.
NUNCA RECIBÍ UNA LLAMADA DE ELLOS DICIÉNDOME CÓMO IBA EL PROCESO DE MI COMPRA
Era yo la que tenía que estar llamando para checar el estatus de mi comprá.
Al grado de que el área de titulación y Héctor Hernández se pasaban la bolita de que no habían podido avanzar por culpa de otra área
Al solicitar la devolución de mi dinero tardaron más de un mes cosa que al principio dijeron que era cuestión de tres a 5 días.
Tengan cuidado al trabajar con ellos su rotación de personal y su poca ética profesional deja mucho que desear

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, ninguna empatía con el cliente, te tardan tus rentas y te tratan como si te hicieran un favor, cada mes te dan largas para depositarte, se supone que por eso cobran, para evitar ese tipo de problemas y aunque tú inquilino haya pagado, ellos te retrasan el dinero.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio tengo una casa con ellos y siempre se atrasan en los depósitos más de 15 o hasta 20 días después hacen el depósito nunca contestan no dan la cara en ningún teléfono y si contestan solo dicen que ellos no pueden ayudar por qué el que lleva la cuenta siempre está en junta o ponen mil pretextos incluso según su jefe te contesta muy formal y todo y después igual deja de contestar nada profesionales pésimos en todo
