We were looking for a fun and delicious dining experience in Centro. We were debating between 2 highly rated restaurants. What tilted the balance for us was the grilled cauliflower on their menu. Service was fantastic. Food... even better. We had the grilled cauliflower, the marrow soup and the rustic lasagna (as per our waiter's recommendation). The execution and delivery of each meal was an art in itself. The cheese was poured at our table on our cauliflower (came with four different kinds of salts to add...). The marrow was emptied at our table into our soup. If you are currently debating on going here... do yourself a favor... just go :) Plus... the DJ was playing some good tunes so, that always helps. (I could not take pictures of all our food as my phone died.)

We did not have reservations and they were very kind to get us a seat. The restaurant was full. The food was wonderful! The service was a little confusing. Since they worked us in, we had about 3 or 4 different waiters. For such a beautiful restaurant, I think the music was a little loud. It kind of disturbed the ambiance. But after all is said and done, I would definitely go back again. We all loved the food! ?

Stopped in for a late lunch and WOW what a lunch!! The staff were friendly and courteous and very helpful. The restaurant itself was very clean with clean washrooms. They had iHeartRadio playing in the background from the TVs. It was all music from the 80s which was fine being a child from the 80s. Not sure what anyone else thought but we enjoyed it. We had a beef Wellington hamburger and an Alfredo pasta. Our lunch started with some chips and salsa. The presentation of my hamburger was incredible, the hamburger came out entirely wrapped in the pastry and they injected cheese into it with a syringe and then cut it in half. I wish I would’ve known I would’ve recorded it. The pasta came out hot and creamy. Wonderful experience.

It's tough to beat the overall dining experience at Sonora Grill when drink orders including cocktails are doubled for free and ambience is lively with upbeat background music. I enjoyed the margarita mandarina which my waiter recommended so I was excited when my extra free glass arrived. The pork carnitas tacos were tasty at the places with some fat. Four star rating because my first bite was into a piece of bone which made me a bit nervous while eating the rest of the tacos. Everything considered, I would visit again though.

This restaurant was dark and had a good vibe. It was perfect for a date night or an evening hanging with friends. They played some retro videos had great service and the food was tasty. They offer everyone a small cone of Gelato when you are done with your meal. The portions are large. One of the steaks that was ordered came on a huge sizzling skillet. The chicken dish I'd a whole grilled chicken. Wear something comfortable and enjoy.?

Went here with friends to celebrate a birthday. We got a lot of appetizers, we each got a steak or a brisket. It was very tasty. Great serving on heated stone trays. Great promo on Wine where you buy one bottle and the second bottle is 50% off. It was very convenient since there were 8 of us. Too bad the waiters forgot my birthday and didn't bring me a cake with a candle? but it didn't spoil the experience.

Beautiful place and beautiful hotel. The restaurant is not part of the hotel but the service was A1. Always travel to Mexico city and this place had ambience at 4pm on a Friday. Food was ok nothing out of this world but it was not bad. Same thing with drinks, drinks were very good but it seemed like they barely had any alcohol in them. Will def visit again since for the American traveler is comparable to dining back home as far as prices
