★ ★ ★ ★ ★ IBS es el peor lugar para trabajar , no cumplen lo que prometen , te mandan a descansar sin tu aprobación y te cobran el tiempo, el dueño es grosero y para todo grita , no te dan equipo de seguridad . En resumen pesimo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El dueño y su familia tratan mal a los empleados de confianza con palabras altisonantes, no pagan tiempo extra o lo cambian tiempo por tiempo imprimen estados de cuenta y por eso hay cámaras en todos lados, el sueldo es muy bajo la mayoría del personal tiene licenciatura, es contrato por agencia y en cualquier momento se acaba sin finiquito ya que los contratos son por mes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuve el placer de acudir a la entrevista de trabajo con una persona tan profesional como lo es Alberto Reyes, el cual me mantuvo a lo largo de todo el proceso, sin embargo se prolongó bastante y me surgió una opción de trabajo mejor remunerada. Mucho ojo en esa zona si me han comentado que nada más de oscurecer asaltan muchísimo, por otro lado si entran ahí olvidense de su celular toda la jornada laboral están prohibidos igual que electrónicos y computadoras ajenas a la empresa. Me parece una empresa seria y formal, pero bastante rígida.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por años se ha sabido que los dueños son groseros, prepotentes, y que se creen superiores a sus empleados, pues les hablan como se les da la gana e incluso de manera déspota, sobre todo el patriarca que solo sabe hablar con palabras vulgares. Por ello esa empresa ha ido de mal en peor, y creo que trabajo ya no tiene por las decisiones tan tontas que toman. Si quieren aprender todo lo que no se debe hacer es el lugar ideal para comprobarlo, no en balde tienen tanta rotación, así que se los dejo al costo
