The worst presale, sale, after sales and delivery service. In the presale I asked for a quote to be sent to me by mail and they did not, I quote again and the prices go up. I made the deposit 2 min after the call and sent it by mail, I did not get an answer until the third day that I sent them an email stating that they did not give me an order number and said that they had just passed it to production when they were notified that the deposit would be instantaneous. They remain on delivery dates that do not meet for a simple dining glass for 4 people, they indicate 8 to 10 business days and on day 12 they do not deliver. They remain in call to deliver and they do not do it, they do not call to warn that they can not or that there is a delay. One has to be scampering, I had to go to the branch to demand answers and there was not a single manager, only the receptionists lying in their chairs watching their cell phone without working. They only offer apologies and go to work under complaints. They say they do not have sufficient units and workers to deliver and outside there are 2 units parked with chargers chatting. The day of the agreed delivery, they were asked to call before and they did not, I had to call me again, the same girl says that she has not seen the manager and she starts looking for him (again she does not work, only under pressure and complaints), they indicate that they deliver on a schedule that was not agreed and I complain again so that at the end they indicate half an hour of delivery (since the delivery was 4 blocks away). Spend an hour and still not deliver, I call to complain and that the driver was lost ... Simply terrible service. Not because they are more economical, they must act so incompetent. The glass is fine, in fact it has a difference in size with the range of thickness as indicated, it does not come from the exact size, but hey ... You know what you are dealing with this company. On my own, I do not buy here again.
