The food was ok, not amazin, for out of town visitors, the smoothie are huge great, Texas style, difficult to park on the street was so bad with potholes every where,. The building is incredible, service was really good, just check your driving directions

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great food that gives a modern spin to traditional yucatecan cuisine. I highly recommend this place. The facilities are beautiful with lots of outdoor seating, the cherry on the cake is the service by the staff. They are professional, kind and attentive to the customers without being overbearing.
I cannot recommend this place enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A long wait to get a table Which is fine. Get in early if you wish to enjoy the delicious breakfast/brunch.
However, the restrooms at this place were not at all well maintained.
The urinals were overflowing which is not good when you are loved by so many locals .
Overall the brunch and service was good .
Do not forget to get the amazing and refreshing orange smoothie. Really worth it. I had the coconut latte as well which was decent along with the smoothie
We got the different egg dishes which was really good and worth the wait .
I hope they fix their small issues
