Our waiter Cesar elevated the experience of this place that is already beautiful on its own. The food was very good. We loved it! (My boyfriend's steak was a little over cooked, everything else was great)

We visited iK to have some dinner and drinks. Ramon made us feel at home and recommended an excellent mezcal for us to try while also entertaining us throughout the night! What a great guy! The food was very good as well. The bone marrow was my favourite. I highly recommend this place, and Ramon your recommendations for street food were spot on ?

Celebrated my husband's birthday in Vallarta and made reservations ahead of time. We enjoyed every aspect of our romantic dinner from service, view and food quality. Highly recommend

On my first visit, I didn’t have a chance to taste the food. But it was so beautiful! It’s on the second floor, right on the beach, and each table has its own little basket thing. Also, there’s a cool swing thing! The view is great, and I will be back for the food!

Overall experience was 2/5. I had fun because I was with my partner…. But as for the restaurant, location was everything… it had the beautiful sunset and the cool chairs. However service was very slow and the food was over cooked, and missing the sauce. Wanted it to be better. Wouldn’t go back.

It was a gorgeous setting on the beach. Definitely perfect setting for a date night. However the drinks were okay and the food was frankly extremely disappointing. I was hoping to have one good meal and I think of the El pastor, the scallops, the salad, and popcorn shrimp - the salad was on the sweet side but good.

Great view & ambience, poor customer service. Made a reservation for a beach table and upon arrival was told the beach tables were already full because “they were really busy.” We were asked if we would accept a rooftop table with a beach view that would be ready “in 5 minutes.” Cut to 30 minutes later we missed the sunset, beach dining experience we had been planning for & once finally seated it took 10 minutes to get a beer and even longer to order appetizers. For our entrees my partner ordered surf and turf which, per their menu, entails of steak & lobster. The server brings out steak & 4 medium sized shrimps and then has some other server come out to explain they were out of lobster. We asked why we weren’t told in advance they were out of lobster because we would have ordered something else. They seemed annoyed we were upset and proceeded to proclaim the shrimps were the same price as the lobster would have been. To top it all off, a beach table remained empty the entire 2 1/2 hours we were there because “it was reserved for a special menu” which we were never offered but might have been interested in had they offered it to us! To be fair, we were given a lovely free dessert and received a 200 pesos discount for all the inconveniences. Our server Cesar really tried to make up for the whole table debacle but overall it was a really underwhelming experience that I would not recommend for dinner, but maybe for drinks only. Food was alright but the overall poor customer service overshadowed our entire dining experience.

Ik is a must do experience when visiting PV. We just returned from 5 days in ZR and ended up there on 3 nights. The first night we just went in for a drink and to enjoy the view which is the best around. We sat at the bar and ordered drinks which were works of art and delicious. After that we just ordered bartenders choice and Victor and Leonardo never disappointed. They are cocktail artists. The host, Arely, was equally impressive. She remembered us and warmly welcomed us back each time. On our final night we decided to stay for dinner and she graciously got us the corner nest with an amazing view of the sunset. Ramon was our server. His service was impeccable. His recommendations were perfect and no fine detail of secondary service was missed. Our compliments to the chefs as well. The food was a beautiful as the cocktails. We had Popcorn Shrimp, Arugula Salad, Sea Bass, and Braised Short Ribs. Every bite was absolutely delicious. I run a restaurant in Atlanta and know how hard it is to execute this type of experience. We can't wait for our next trip so we can enjoy it again!!
