★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vivo aquí y las casas dejan mucho que desear , no están bien construidas y pues no la compras en 3 pesos así que la constructora no te da garantías
 I live here and the houses leave a lot to be desired, they are not well built and you don't buy them for 3 pesos so the construction company does not give you guarantees

La arq Mayra no da respuesta y todavía se hace la ofendida.
mi casa en la recama secundaria se inundo.
el sanitario del medio baño estaba quebrada.
el sanitario del segundo baño no sirve y no han ido a repararla desde hace un mes.
el impermeabilizante esta mal puesto ya se levanto con la lluvia.
la puerta se despego y la arquitecta que nunca puede ir arreglarte las garantías dice que son portazo cuando nunca va , osea como se atreve a decir semejante cosa cuando 1. no esta ahí en mi casa vigilando las 24hr. 2. no vive ahí y 3. jamas se para a revisar las casa.
se hicieron grietas en toda la casa las cuales arreglaron pero que creen la pintura no entra en garantía, osea que tuve que volver a pintar toda mi casa para que no se viera el parchadero de las grietas.
lo eléctrico esta muy mal puesto
no hay ductor subterráneo
no hay nada de lo que dice el volante que te darían.

cracks were made throughout the house which they fixed but they believe the paint is not under warranty, that is, I had to repaint my entire house so that the patching of the cracks was not visible.
the electric is very wrong
there is no underground ductor
There is nothing that the flyer says they would give you.
