★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He llamado al numero que aparece en la pagina cerca de las 14:50 hrs para solicitar informacion que pudieron proporcionar en 5 minutos. La primera vez solo levantaron el telefono y colgaron, la segunda fue igual en la tercera ocasion dejaron descolgado el telefono. Creo que deben atender aun sea un minuto para la hr de salida. O a que juegan?? El telefono tiene fallas? Cual es el argumento?
I have called the number that appears on the page around 14:50 hrs to request information that they could provide in 5 minutes. The first time they just picked up the phone and hung up, the second was the same on the third occasion they left the phone off the hook. I think they should attend even one minute for the departure time. Or what do they play? The phone is faulty? What is the argument?

Uno llama para pedir informes ya que se encuentra a una distancia considerable y uno tiene que asistir con los documentos adecuados y requeridos por esa institución para evitarse las vueltas
They do not answer the calls! .. that lack of interest towards the users.
One calls to request reports since it is a considerable distance and one has to attend with the appropriate documents and required by that institution to avoid returns
