La recepcionista que atiende las llamadas tiene una actitud burlona siempre que se le pregunto por alguna cita o por información para los estudios

Fui con todo lo que pidieron y al llegar una mala atención en recepción y muy mala presentación de parte de la chica, a cada rato se peinaba, su uniforme desalineado y muy lenta, llegué una hora antes a mi cita, y justamente ya que me toca mi consulta me dice que van a pasar a alguien de emergencia, y lo entiendo cuando se trata de salud. Pero resulta que entra una señora con su hijo a pedir una cita y la recepcionista le pide cubrebocas kn95 cuando ella a cada rato se lo quitaba y ni usaba uno kn95. Ya que nos dicen que hay que esperar los resultados, la chica nos dice que tenemos que ir al día siguiente, y el doctor nos dijo que afuera nos lo daban, al pedir los resultados nos dice la recepcionista que no nos lo podrán dar en ese momento por que tenían un paciente que llegó tarde; entonces para que hago cita y confirmo si puedo llegar tarde y todavía nos exigen llegar 10 min antes para que no nos reagenden.mal servicio de la recepcionista. Los doctores muy amables y profesionales.
