★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No recomiendo este lugar para nada, la falta d respeto al cliente es incontable, yo tenía Cita a las 11 am y me atendieron a las 2:20pm, y así todos los clientes y lo hacen siempre, las imágenes muy mal hechas, malos cortes, ni me sirvió el estudio, no fue de la zona que había pedido, no tienen enlace para ver el resultado y para ver el disco se necesita un programa especial. Después de haber esperado horas y ver que nos les importa el cliente, dejo de ser un lugar confiable. No vayan hay mejores laboratorios.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pongo 2 estrellas porque a pesar de que en la sucursal te atienden a tiempo y en forma, son MUY impuntual es con todos los trámites. Te dicen que en 24 horas te entregan facturación e interpretación pero ya pasó una semana y nada. Tengo que llamar y presionar para que en envíen todo siempre que me hago estudios aquí.

De cualquier forma nos atendieron pero no la radióloga responsable, sino su hermano, que pareciera principiante y además él no firma los resultados, sino su hermana. Pedimos un ultrasonido estructural y no sólo no lo realizó (hizo uno obstétrico) sino que dos ginecólogos que lo revisaron nos dijeron que los resultados no son coherentes....muy mal!
Appalling! To start we made an appointment in advance and they did not schedule it. In any case, we were treated but not the responsible radiologist, but his brother, who seemed beginner and also he does not sign the results, but his sister. We asked for a structural ultrasound and not only did not perform it (did an obstetric one) but two gynecologists who reviewed it told us that the results are not consistent .... very bad!

Ocultan información, mienten para atender las citas, no usan cubre bocas, están más interesados en el cambio de turno y sale das que en dar atención.
Reinician los equipos y no avisan de retrasos. El servicio de los técnicos es deficiente.
NO REGRESO Y NOOO LOS RECOMIENDO.
DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE. THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED.
They hide information, lie to attend appointments, do not wear face masks, are more interested in changing shifts and going out than giving attention.
They restart the equipment and do not warn of delays. Technician service is poor.
I DO NOT RETURN AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.
