Terrible service. I do not recommend it. I stayed on the phone call and they seem to resent you dialing for information.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experiencia. Tienen un servicio pésimo. Llamé para pedir informes, no cuentan con catálogo y quedaron de enviarme un correo con las opciones según las medidas que indiqué y para el tipo de producto para el cual usaría las cajas. Jamás llegó el correo. (También me pidieron mi número para comunicarse conmigo y tampoco recibí atención alguna por ese medio) Me dieron un número personal al que me comuniqué al día siguiente para recordar que me enviaran las imágenes y me dejaron en visto. Llamé posteriormente y me dijeron que podían darme una cita dos días después (porque ya tenían dos citas para los días posteriores) y que el correo si es que tenía tiempo en la tarde, me lo enviaban, sino lo veía en la cita. Fui hoy a la cita como quedamos 10:30 y resulta que la srita dice que no le confirmé la cita (cuando fue ella quien me indicó que nos veríamos hoy a las 10:30)
Me parece que en ningún sentido les interesan los clientes, me quedo con un muy mal sabor de boca por la pésima atención y la falta de compromiso de la empresa en general.
Horrible experience. They have lousy service. I called to ask for reports, they don't have a catalog and they left to send me an email with the options according to the measurements I indicated and for the type of product for which I would use the boxes. The mail never arrived. (They also asked me for my number to communicate with me and I did not receive any attention by that means either) They gave me a personal number that I contacted the next day to remind them to send me the images and they left me in sight. I called later and they told me that they could give me an appointment two days later (because they already had two appointments for the following days) and that the email if I had time in the afternoon, they would send it to me, if I did not see it at the appointment. I went to the appointment today as we were 10:30 and it turns out that the lady says that I did not confirm the appointment (when it was she who told me that we would meet today at 10:30)
It seems to me that they are not interested in customers in any way, I am left with a very bad taste in my mouth due to the terrible service and lack of commitment from the company in general.
