★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevé a reempastar un libro de ochenta años e hicieron un trabajo HORROROSO, la pasta mal alineada, las guardas chuecas y al ras, por si eso no fuera poco comprometieron la estabilidad del cuadernillo haciendo un verdadero bomberazo (mal hecho) para intentar arreglarlo con cinta adhesiva. Al final destruyeron el valor estético-original del libro. Lo peor es que yo NO autoricé esa intervención. PÉSIMO.
I had an eighty-year-old book repackaged and they did a HORROROUS job, the misaligned pasta, the crooked and flush endings, as if that weren't enough they compromised the stability of the booklet by making a real firefight (badly done) to try to fix it with tape adhesive. In the end they destroyed the original aesthetic value of the book. The worst thing is that I did NOT authorize that intervention. APPALLING.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Su servicio por telefono deja mucho que desear, pedi una cotizacion y no me la mandaron en tiempo y forma, después hable 2 o 3 veces para pedirla y me daban largas, la 4 vez que hable ya no me contestaron la llamada.
Their service by phone leaves a lot to be desired, I asked for a quote and they did not send it to me in a timely manner, then I spoke 2 or 3 times to request it and they gave me long notice, the 4 time I spoke they did not answer the call.

Bad attention, both by phone and at the premises. they stopped having a job 3 days later and a week goes by and now they do not answer on the phone.
