★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cómo socia inscrita a Impuls estoy molesta con el servicio prestado. Llevo 6/6 pedidos realizados en los que no llega el calzado, lo cambian por otro, viene incompleto o cualquier pretexto. Nunca revisan las cosas antes de entregar, pierdo tiempo y dinero en ir hasta ahí por ellos para que cuando llegue me digan que mi pedido se hizo mal por su personal.
Deberían poner más atención y mejorar la calidad de su servicio porque es pésimo.
Adicional a ello las muchachas siempre están platicando por lo cual las filas son muy largas.
En verdad decepcionante porque tienen buen calzado y buen precio.
P.D. Los tenis negros debieron ser azules (la caja decía azul), pero nadie los revisó y eso que llamé previamente para checar si llegó mi pedido en orden por todas las malas experiencias que ya tuve.
As an Impuls registered member, I am upset with the service provided. I have 6/6 orders made in which the footwear does not arrive, they change it for another, it is incomplete or any pretext. They never check things before they deliver, I waste time and money going there for them so that when they arrive they tell me that my order was done wrong by their staff.
They should pay more attention and improve the quality of their service because it is lousy.
Additionally, the girls are always talking, which is why the lines are very long.
Really disappointing because they have good shoes and a good price.
P.S. The black tennis shoes should have been blue (the box said blue), but no one checked them and I called previously to check if my order arrived in order due to all the bad experiences I already had.
