★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il tour è stato piacevole grazie alla gentilezza e simpatia della nostra guida, Manuel. Ma il personale dell'agenzia è stato molto scorretto. Al momento della prenotazione ci hanno detto che gli ingressi erano inclusi e invece non era così ed è stata una brutta sorpresa.
 The tour was pleasant thanks to the kindness and friendliness of our guide, Manuel. But the agency staff was very improper. At the time of booking we were told that the entrance fees were included and instead it was not so and it was a bad surprise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nuestra experiencia fue maravillosa desde que llegamos al aeropuerto, primer vez en la hermosa ciudad de Merida, todo el staff es muy amable y que decir del Sr. Manuel Valle, absolutamente toda la información y lo que se ofreció al contratar sus servicios y un plus. en los 7 dias que estuvimos ahí no terminamos de disfrutar la belleza de Merida.
Ampliamente recomendamos a Turitransmerida si están planeando conocer a la Península de Yucatán están en el sitio correcto!!!
Our experience was wonderful since we arrived at the airport, first time in the beautiful city of Merida, all the staff is very friendly and what to say about Mr. Manuel Valle, absolutely all the information and what was offered when hiring his services and a plus . In the 7 days we were there we did not finish enjoying the beauty of Merida.
We highly recommend Turitransmerida if you are planning to know the Yucatan Peninsula you are in the right place !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manuel and the staff at Turitransmerida Tour Operator & DMC made our recent trip to the Yucatan Peninsula perfect! We felt so safe and well taken care of. Manuel even showed up at some of our events to be certain we were enjoying ourselves. The hotels and restaurants as well as the excursions he coordinated were just as I expected and better than expected in many instances.

Manuel the guide was very rude and rushing us all the time during the tour at Chichen Itza. Very defensive to answer question, didn't give us enough time for pictures.
In addition when continue to drop us of in our hotel in Cancun. It took more that 8 Hours to arrive a our hotel- Arrived almost 11:00 PM. We have to wait for 3 different parties to be drop as far down in Tulum (Boca Paila) to Cancun Isla mujeres area.
It was an extra 4.5 hour. They should have multiple vans to transfer tourist that are far away each others.
Very lack of logistic, poor customer services, poor management. Really Disappointed.
Never call us for an apology

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Emailed on 15th March about a chitzen itza tour on 7 April. Got a reply the next day saying they offered the tour. From then on, they were very slow to reply and provide details. Chased several times.
They finally emailed today (6 April) saying they were no longer able to offer the tour on 7 April. Really left us in the lurch with almost no notice.
Poor customer service.
