★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si se solicita una tomografía, que cree no sirve el tomógrafo, una endoscopia, está de vacaciones el endoscopista. Bueno trasladen a mi familiar a Centro médico: no por que centro médico va a decir que no pudimos resolver y tenemos los mismos recursos allá y aquí.
Servicio de cirugía : reportan en expediente no se encontró familiar. La busco dos días,bajo a dar mi queja a la subdirección médica y la respuesta fue: usted cree que voy hacer venir a la Dra para que le de una explicación,en el expediente debió poner su valoración y así de fácil si no la llamaron es por qué no es candidato a cirujía punto. En resumen no tienen recursos para trabajar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condicionan las citas de obstetricia a tomar un "Tour de Lactancia" de forma OBLIGATORIA, durando más de 2 horas y media, hacen que esperes para registrar a todas las mamás que asisten para después formarte y agendar una cita, practicamente el simple hecho de agendar una cita te toma más de 4 horas...una falta de respeto para las personas que trabajamos y no podemos desperdiciar el tiempo de esa forma, no hay empatía y minimo un aviso para poder anticipar los permisos laborales para literal perder medio día en un trámite que no debería de tardar más de 1 hora, es anticonstitucional que te condicionen para tener acceso a una cita....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible hospital, como siempre el servicio de salud pública dejando mucho qué desear en este país. Tuve un familiar hospitalizado por una semana a raíz del cáncer, dos días antes de fallecer tenía muchos dolores y que hicieron? Lo amarraron a la cama porque estaba muy inquieto; el día que murió al llevarnos al sitio para reconocer su cuerpo lo tenían a un lado del lugar de desperdicios, con ratas caminando cerca. Pobre mentalidad de estos "doctores" y "enfermeras" que piensan que a los pacientes se les trata como animales. Nefastos, nefastos!!!
Horrible hospital, as always the public health service leaves much to be desired in this country. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estoy en el hospital Francisco del paso y Troncoso primer piso tiene cita mi mamá a las 3.20 y por que llegue 8 min tarde ya que en la entrada no me dejaron pasar en la que normalmente entramos me mandaron a la puerta de Troncoso y con pasos de mi mamá lógicamente no llego a tiempo y la srta de recepción me dice que se canceló mi cita y UE debo de sacar otra cita .... llegó al consultorio 24 y me recogen el carnet .... seguida me llaman cuando llegue el dr me dijeron .... Creo que sí no hubiera preguntado me voy y quién sabe hasta cuando me darían nuevamente la cita, exhorto al personal administrativo que tienen que ser empáticos y más con las personas de la 3ra. Edad. ..ya que son servidores públicos y deben de tener buen modo y buena atención.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Completamente deplorable la atención, le negaron a mi familiar un derecho solo por falta de comunicación en el área de trabajo social.
Amarraron al paciente a la cama por los terribles dolores que tenía, únicamente le dieron medicamento para medio mantenerlo. Mi familiar falleció y al entrar a reconocerlo lo tenían en un lugar donde había bolsas de basura y hasta roedores.
Lugares donde tienen de todo menos humanidad y sentido común

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estuve 8 días hospitalizada por un cuadro de oclusión intestinal, aunque el mobiliario y el personal es insuficiente como de costumbre quiero expresar mi gran admiración por los enfermeros y enfermeras que ahí laboran. Excelente actitud, disposición, atención y encima se las arreglan como pueden para trabajar con lo que hay. Bravooo! La Dra. Meza y el Dr. Cruz súper profesionales, amables y atentos me ayudaron muchísimo con mi padecimiento.

I was hospitalized for 8 days due to intestinal obstruction, although the furniture and staff are insufficient as usual, I want to express my great admiration for the nurses who work there. Excellent attitude, disposition, attention and on top of that they manage as best they can to work with what is available. bravo! Dr. Meza and Dr. Cruz, super professional, kind and attentive, helped me a lot with my condition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad es que tenía miedo de ir debido a las malas reseñas, pero quede totalmente sorprendida por el trato y atención digna que he recibido. He ido a urgencias de ginecología y obstetricia en un par de ocasiones y aunque no ha sido nada grave, tanto médicos como enfermeras, enfermeros y todo el personal han sido excelentes personas y trabajadores.
El área está limpia, si requieres estudios te los realizan en el momento, esperas el tiempo debido dependiendo de tu urgencia, además de que buscan dar un trato humano y digo, sin hacerte sentir culpable, humillarte o cosas por el estilo. Claro que te hablan de las consecuencias que pueden traer ciertas cosas pero entiendo que también es su trabajo informar.
Supongo qué allí tendré a mi bebé, espero que la atención siga siendo así de buena.
The truth is that I was afraid to go due to the bad reviews, but I was totally surprised by the treatment and dignified attention that I have received. I have been to the OB / GYN ER on a couple of occasions and although it has not been anything serious, both doctors and nurses, nurses and all the staff have been excellent people and workers.
The area is clean, if you require studies they will be carried out at the moment, you wait the due time depending on your urgency, in addition to seeking to give a humane treatment and I mean, without making you feel guilty, humiliate yourself or things like that. Of course they tell you about the consequences that certain things can bring but I understand that it is also their job to inform.
I guess I'll have my baby there, I hope the care continues to be that good.
