Obviously there are people who get upset, but in three days I've been here the emergency room has always been full. And yet they have a lot of patience with people who come with different criteria and moods. Even the facilities are clean according to the possibilities of the institution. My congratulations. The but, is that the waiting times are exaggeratedly long, my patient has three days of waiting for surgery (there are those who have 15) and has been fasting for almost 30 hours.

The worst care in the emergency room that I have received in my life, it turns out that my foot sprained and I fell double basses I arrived at the hospital at 7:30 PM first you have to go to have your signs taken and then to TRIAGE which is just one evaluation to know the type of emergency you need and there they put a color depending on the severity, to get there it took me 3 hours, depending on why it was, he changed shifts and half an hour it took them to get another doctor then they sent me for x-rays and then to form a line that is so that they assign you a doctor in that line I went until 11:40 and with the doctor at 12:15 and then they sent me to put on a cast from there I left at 1:30 in the morning and well I had to stay there because there was no transportation anymore, too much negligence and lack of empathy for patients make you feel as if they were doing you a favor by serving you when it is their job, their obligation and apart from that you are paying your insurance, the service it's not free !! If you have the opportunity to go to a private doctor, do so because here they have to see you passed out or bleeding to death for them to take you seriously and it's no joke if you go for a fracture or sprain, for them it's a low priority ocea green emergency.

The service they give is terrible, since you arrive the policemen treat you very badly. Nurses NOT ALL hate practicing their profession because they do things reluctantly, doctors say one thing and another happens and says something else and those who are learning do not make the notes that the doctors say, EVERYTHING WRONG. Poor people who come to this type of disastrous hospitals..

I entered with my emergency pass granted at my UMF, due to an ankle fracture, the process was slow due to the number of wounded who go to that clinic, but once my X-rays were there, and all the patients who were before passed through, They admitted me at night, the next day they operated on me, I was under observation, and the next day they discharged me. Nursing staff was good and attentive (this was 6 years ago ?) Observation appointments to see how I was doing were good. P.S. They left traces of cotton once they closed the wound, which left a dark mark along with the scar ??‍♀️?... I appreciate that I walk well and healed quickly and painlessly. Overall good ??‍♀️??‍♀️

The pharmacy is horrible! There are never medications, because they attend to HGZ #32 and add #2 to it plus the castings from Orthopedics. So imagine. Unfortunately, the excess of users is not enough for the Hospital.
